The training of our dealers has always been one of the fundamental pillars of our company. We not only give importance to the initial training, but also to constant updating, both from a technical and a commercial point of view.
On 2nd and 3rd May, we had the pleasure to host some representatives of the technical and commercial staff of our dealer Rothlehner Arbeitsbühnen, we have been collaborating with in Germany and Austria with considerable success for about 1 and a half year. Our tracked platforms are increasingly appreciated and requested, thanks to the excellent promotion work of our dealer, both on the German and Austrian markets and we are sure they will soon be on the Polish, Slovakian and Czech markets too, thanks to the collaboration with the local branches of Rothlehner.
The visit’s main purpose was the enhancement of the technical but, above all, commercial training of the team, through a training course focused on the recent changes made on some models of the range aimed at improving their performance, on the implementation of new optional accessories such as remote diagnostics, home function and winch as well as the expansion of the range following the introduction of the new RA24 spider. The course was structured in 2 parts, one theoretical and one practical. In that practice, attention was focused precisely on the RA24 model that Rothlehner representatives were able to test at our production plant before the withdrawal of the first 2 units, scheduled for mid-month. The demo highlighted the excellent performance of this spider with double articulated boom, which combines compactness and speed in movements.
For us, it is a source of pride to be able to team up with such a renowned company in the access sector and we want to thank Rothlehner Arbeitsbühnen once again for its visit, but above all, for its trust and the extraordinary results obtained so far.
