An Easy Lift RA15 spider lift has just been delivered to Cumberland Platforms Ltd (CPL), a renowned vehicle mounted platforms manufacturer and dealer in the UK, established in 2011.
CPL usually deals with end users such as utility companies, telecoms, arborists and maintenance companies, that carry out their works at height by using various machines that CPL offers. Among them, van-mounted, truck mounted and tracked platforms.
The deal has been made possible thanks to our English dealer Independent Access Sales (IAS), that is constantly committed to promoting Easy Lift spiders on the English market, expanding its commercial network more and more. We have been collaborating with IAS for one year, reaching excellent results in terms of sales.
The RA15 can reach a working height of 15.00 m, an outreach of 6.80 m with 230 kg basket capacity, it has a 90° movable jib, a 120° cage rotation and a 360° turret rotation.
CPL ordered it with diesel engine and some optional accessories such as 12V emergency pump, working lamp on the basket, outrigger pads with sliding rails, non-marking tracks, radio control and self-levelling outriggers.
The platform has been delivered complete with trailer.
We are particularly proud of this new sale by IAS to CPL since the unit delivered will be the first of a number of RA15 spiders, all with trailer, to be delivered to CPL for one of their customers, an important power company. The build quality along with the extra features were the key points in the selection of this platform by the power company. With 4.56 m length, 0.8 m width and 2.00 m height, this platform has all the credentials to meet the needs of the utility company it is addressed to!
