Loca Top further expands its fleet of Easy Lift spiders with the purchase of 3 R130 and 3 R180, delivered respectively in October and November.
The well-known rental company based in Bologna, has various branches located in Northern Italy in the provinces of Parma, Modena, Forlì, Cesena, Ravenna, Imola, Rimini, Cremona and Bergamo. Thanks to such a widespread presence, it is therefore able to satisfy the needs of each customer, both in terms of lifting goods and lifting people, with its fleet of machines comprising trucks, mobile cranes, telescopic handlers and of course platforms, both scissors and truck-mounted and self-propelled platforms, including spiders.
The collaboration with Loca Top began in 2018 and it has consolidated over time. At Bauma 2022, the rental company also ordered 3 RA24 platforms, which will be delivered within the first half of 2023.
Both the 3 R130 tracked platforms and the 3 R180 tracked platforms were ordered with standard combustion engine and electric motor and with optional accessories such as wire control and self-levelling, as well as customized painting and the “Industry 4.0” package.
R130 and R180 are part of the small Easy Lift range and are among the most popular models of the brand, thanks to their compactness and ease of use.
The R130 spider reaches a working height of 12.20 m, it has an outreach of 6.50 m with a 200 kg load in the basket and has an up and over clearance of 4.50 m. The machine is easily transportable thanks to its low weight of 1760 kg.
The R180 model, on the other hand, is 17.60 m high, it has an outreach of 8.50 m with 120 kg load in the basket and an up and over clearance of 5.30 m.
Both spiders are available in the catalogue with a petrol or diesel combustion engine combined with a 230V electric motor or in the more sustainable version with a 48V – 100 Ah lithium battery (R130BA, R180BA) to be able to work with zero emissions.
