Platformers' Days, an unmissable event for our German dealer Rothlehner Arbeitsbühnen GmbH, will be held on 8th and 9th September at the Karlsruhe exhibition centre in Germany.
The fair, with an exhibition area of 32,500 m², is completely dedicated to the access sector and returns every two years. Generally, it attracts more than 100 national and international exhibitors who have the opportunity to showcase the latest machines and equipment, also being able to test them in a dedicated area of 2,100 m² to give value to their performance. There will be many types of machines such as heavy vehicles, cranes and aerial platforms.
Visitors will be able to touch our spiders first hand, in particular the R180 and RA31 models, which respectively represent 2 categories of the Easy Lift range: small and large.
The R180 reaches a height of about 18 m, with a maximum outreach of 8.50 m. It is one of the most popular models of the entire range, easily transportable thanks to its compact dimensions (4.78 m length, 0.89 m width and 1.95 m height), widely used for painting, internal and external maintenance of buildings and electrical works. There are 3 types of power engines for this machine: with a petrol or diesel engine combined with an electric motor and with a lithium battery (R180BA).
The second model on display will be the double telescopic boom spider RA31, one of the most requested both for sale and for hire for jobs such as tree pruning, renovation, cleaning of windows in large buildings. This tracked platform, with a maximum outreach of 14.50 m and an up and over clearance of 15.00 m, is extremely light (4100 kg) and compact (0.89 m width) for being a 31 m and it can also work in negative up to - 7 m. Like the RA24, it is available with diesel engine and electric motor or in a hybrid version (RA31HY) and it can be equipped with a winch.
