This multicultural environment fosters a rich exchange of perspectives, making problem-solving more dynamic and collaboration more effective. <\/span><\/p>\n

Additionally<\/span>, every year we conduct an anonymous employee survey<\/b>, followed <\/span>by one-on-one discussions<\/b>, to gather feedback, understand career aspirations, and identify areas for improvement<\/span>.<\/p>\n

EDI is not just about policies \u2014 it\u2019s about people. Over the years, we have seen real progress: when Easy Lift was founded in 2005, it was an all-male workplace.
