Officially presented at Bauma 2025, the RA21 represents the latest evolution in the Easy Lift range: a tracked aerial platform designed to deliver versatility, high performance, and ease of use in a compact structure.

Suitable for complex environments such as construction sites, historic centers, congested areas, pruning, and maintenance work, the RA21 is particularly well-suited for the rental market and for operators looking for a reliable, maneuverable, and transportable solution.

Height, Outreach, and Compactness: Built for Versatility

The RA21 reaches a working height of 20.4 meters, a horizontal outreach of nearly 10 meters, and an up-and-over clearance of 9 meters.

Its technical configuration includes a double-pantograph arm, a main boom with two extensions, and a 1.8-meter jib with 90° rotation, allowing agile operation even in complex or confined spaces.

The basket, with a 160° rotation and an unrestricted 230 kg capacity, provides full working coverage across the turret’s 440° rotation. The absence of an outreach limiter ensures easy handling, making the RA21 intuitive and ideal for operators of all experience levels.

Despite its advanced performance, the RA21 stands out for its compactness and light weight: 4.5 meters in length and only 0.86 meters in width (without basket), with a total weight of 2,850 kg. It can be transported on a trailer, pass through standard doors, and operate in narrow or limited-access environments. Its compact stabilization area is 2.9 x 2.9 meters, making it ideal for challenging job sites.

Power Options to Suit Every Need

The RA21 is available in three versions to meet different operational requirements:

– The standard version features a 9.7 kW petrol or 12.5 kW diesel engine, both paired with an electric motor;

– The battery-powered version (RA21BA) is equipped with a 51.2V – 200 Ah lithium battery, ideal for indoor or noise-sensitive areas;

– The hybrid version (RA21HY) combines a combustion engine (petrol or diesel) with a 51.2V – 100 Ah lithium battery, offering a green yet autonomous solution.

Safety and Simplicity: Features Tailored for Professionals

The platform is engineered to ensure safety and durability: built in high-strength Strenx steel with reduced thickness, it offers the perfect balance of lightness and strength. Hydraulic components are fully protected, and all cables are integrated into the booms.

Easy Lift has equipped the RA21 with technical solutions that simplify daily operations and increase safety.

The Scanreco remote control offers optimal visibility during travel and precise stabilization, even on uneven ground.

The high departure angle allows the platform to easily overcome ramps and steps.

Stabilizers are automatically leveled with a single button on the radio control.

Extending tracks and dual-speed drive enhance overall manoeuvrability and stability.

The basket features 220V/110V and air/water outlets, while the hour meter and fault diagnostics system help monitor usage and detect anomalies.

Among the optional accessories, the 230 kg winch transforms the RA21 into a crane for material lifting, expanding its application range. The Easycom remote diagnostic system enables instant connection via Wi-Fi to Easy Lift’s after-sales team or an authorized service center, reducing downtime in case of faults.

IFurthermore, to lower maintenance and repair costs by up to 50%, Easy Lift has developed a quick replacement system for all boom slide pads that requires unscrewing just 4 bolts.

_____

Built on Rxperience, Ready to Stand Out

Inspired by the compactness of the RA15 and the efficiency of the RA24, the RA21 represents a synthesis of the best technical solutions developed by Easy Lift.

Since its launch, it has already been enthusiastically welcomed by rental companies, maintenance operators, and landscaping professionals worldwide.
