Thanks to the close collaboration with the German dealer Rothlehner Arbeitsbühnen, an Easy Lift R180 spider was sold to the well-known rental company Mateco.
Mateco, founded in 1973 in Stuttgart, Germany, has over 45 years of experience in the aerial platforms’ rental sector. Over the years, the German company has established itself more and more on the access market, also expanding in Northern Europe and Eastern Europe with the creation of new branches in Belgium, Spain, Holland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Greece and Switzerland. The rental company is able to offer the customer a fast and efficient service and, thanks to over 80 collaborations, it has managed to make itself known all over the world and has opened two important branches in Panama and Chile.
The rental range includes over 12,000 models of platforms for work at height, with machines up to 90 m height. Truck-mounted and trailer-mounted platforms, scissors, forklifts, self-propelled platforms and tracked platforms are at customers’ disposal. The variety of machines that are offered is so wide, to ensure that each customer can choose the machine that best suits their needs for working at height on any type of surface and in any context.
Regarding the sale of our dealer Rothlehner Arbeitsbühnen, the first Easy Lift aerial platform, one R180 spider, was sold to the German branch in Reutlingen. Mateco's choice to purchase one R180 was mainly due to the ease of use of the machine.
Standard accessories such as the width-adjustable tracks, combined with the fully hydraulic controls, as well as optional accessories such as self-levelling and wire control have been highly appreciated.
The R180 can reach a working height of 17.60 m, a horizontal outreach of 8.50 m and has a basket load capacity of 200 kg.
As our dealer Rothlehner Arbeitsbühnen also claims, the balanced weight distribution makes both loading and machine’s operations very safe on challenging surfaces.
We are very satisfied with this first sale to Mateco rental company and we hope that further Easy Lift spiders can soon expand their fleet.
