Easycom: remote diagnosis

EasyCom is the name given by Easy Lift to a “STAY CONNECT” device, a wireless component mounted on the platform, able to detect, when requested by the personnel nearby the machine, a specific network supplied by the smart phone.
It is connected with the core board of the platform through a canbus line.
Once the network has been detected, Easycom is able to capture all pieces of information about the machine status. It becomes an interface between the local operator/technician and the technician of an authorized workshop or an Easy Lift technician who can check the status of the platform, verify input and output, modify machine parameters and download software updates.
Through this device just using a mobile phone the local operator/technician can easily get in connection with the platform and receive assistance for repairing and diagnosis from remote.
